Tracy Maltby is a Senior Vice President - Investments at Continuity Group, where she helps individuals, families, business owners and women bring greater clarity and structure to their financial lives. She specializes in building strong client relationships and developing fixed-income strategies, beginning each relationship by taking the time to understand the client’s personal story, priorities and goals. 

Tracy believes effective financial guidance starts with planning. By helping clients understand how their financial resources connect to the life they want to lead, she can build an investment strategy aligned with what matters most to them. Her approachable style helps make wealth planning feel more comfortable and understandable, while her highly personal and responsive service helps clients feel supported as they make important decisions. 

With nearly 25 years of financial industry experience, including 15 years as a financial advisor with RBC Wealth Management, Tracy brings an experienced perspective to each client relationship. She values collaboration and enjoys working alongside colleagues to provide clients with thoughtful, coordinated guidance. 

Originally from Gresham, Oregon, Tracy is the mother of two children, Carson and Laura. Outside the office, she enjoys running and has recently taken up golf as a way to spend more time with her father. Whether professionally or personally, Tracy finds fulfillment in engaging with people and building meaningful relationships.
